SRUS1S scaling rig is a special equipment designed for mechanized scaling in samll and medium size drifts and tunnels.
It can quickly and effectively remove the unstable rocks on roof and two sides to ensure the safty of operators and machines.
Breaking hammer:
The breaking hammer's impact frequency is 600-1100 bmp,and the impact power is 362J. This hammer is specially designed for scaling rig.
The fastest impact frequency is 1100bpm, which can remove the unstable rocks and protect the original tunnel roof from damage as much as possible.
Boom:
The boom of SRUS1 has a compact structure with more concentrated force and more stability. Near the breaking hammer there are two helical swing cylinders, which can deliver 360° pitching and swinging without dead angle.
Dust off:
Exhaust gas purification uses water filtration to improve the working environment. Also, there is a water pump to remove the dust when scaling.
